How We Ship Your Orders

Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched with the utmost care. Depending on the item and destination, your purchase is shipped either directly from our historic boutique in Geneva, Switzerland, or through our specialized supply partners.
 

  • Watches & General Souvenirs: Packed and shipped directly from our Geneva store via Swiss Post Priority with tracking and signature upon delivery.
     

  • Cuckoo Clocks:

    • For Swiss & Liechtenstein Customers: Dispatched directly from our Geneva stock (subject to availability).

    • For International Customers: To ensure the most efficient delivery and optimal shipping rates, our cuckoo clocks are frequently dispatched directly from our specialized manufacturing partner in Germany via reliable couriers (such as DHL or FedEx).

Delivery Times & Tracking

  • Estimated Delivery: Standard transit time is 7 to 10 business days worldwide. Please note that delivery times may occasionally vary due to local customs clearance procedures.
     

  • Order Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided via email within 1 to 2 hours of dispatch.


    International Customs & Taxes (Including USA)
     

  • United States: Orders shipped to the US with a declared value under $800 USD are generally duty-free under the US De Minimis exemption. Orders exceeding this threshold may be subject to local import duties upon arrival.
     

  • Other International Destinations: Shipments outside Switzerland may be subject to local import taxes and customs duties as determined by the destination country, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.
