Returns from Switzerland and Liechtenstein

For customers in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein, we offer a 14-day return period, provided the item is returned in perfect condition (unused, with all original labels and packaging intact).

International Orders (Outside Switzerland & Liechtenstein)

Due to non-refundable customs charges and high return costs, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns from outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
