Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Molard Souvenirs. If you wish to return an item, please review our conditions below:
 

• Standard Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Holiday Return Extension: Orders placed between November 24 and December 31 can be returned until January 15.

• Item Condition: Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags and certificates included.

• Return Shipping & Restocking: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A fixed CHF 20 / $20 restocking fee applies to standard returns.

• Refund Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your item, refunds are processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
